DESCRIPTION:Dear People of God,\nThe troubles of the city of Chicago need no introduction; they are often in the news. Our hearts are deeply burdened, yet we are also encouraged because of what we are sending you today. Please rejoice and pray with us and invite others to rejoice and pray as well.\nInspired by blessing videos throughout the world, the Anglican Church in Chicago has spearheaded a collaborative video inviting the Chicago Church at large to pray for the city.  More than thirty churches in the Chicagoland area came together, calling on our Lord to bless the city of Chicago and give us the peace of God, that peace that crosses all boundaries. \nWe are so grateful for this prayer and the wonderful team that brought it into reality. We are asking you to pray with us as you watch and also to share this video with others, that we may be one people of God as we seek the peace of the Lord in the city of Chicago and in our world.  \nThe Lord bless you and keep you\nmake his face shine upon you and be gracious to you\nMay the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace\nMay his favor be upon you and a thousand generations, your family and your children, and their children, and their children…\nMay his presence go before you and behind you and beside you, all around you, and within you…\nHe is with you, He is with you.\nIn the morning, in the evening,\nIn your coming, and your going.\nIn your weeping and rejoicing\nHe is for you, He is for you.\nAs we receive, we agree,\nAmen\nThe peace of Christ be with you,\n\n \n\n \n
